Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on PinSumo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on PinSumo's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

6.1. Content Moderation and Human Approval

PinSumo is committed to maintaining high-quality content standards and compliance with Pinterest's terms of service. As part of our commitment to preventing spam and ensuring platform integrity:

• Human Review Required: All pins scheduled through PinSumo must be reviewed and approved by a human moderator before they are published to Pinterest
• No Automated Posting: PinSumo does not support fully automated posting without human oversight. All scheduled content requires explicit human approval
• Quality Standards: Content must meet Pinterest's community guidelines and our quality standards before approval
• Anti-Spam Policy: We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any content that violates Pinterest's policies or appears to be spam
• Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies

By using PinSumo, you acknowledge and agree that all content submitted for scheduling is subject to human review and approval before publication. We are not responsible for any delays in publishing due to the moderation process.

7. Prohibited Uses

• To create, schedule, or publish spam, duplicate content, or content that violates Pinterest's community guidelines
• To attempt to bypass our human approval process or use the Service for automated posting without proper oversight
• To engage in any activity that could harm Pinterest's platform integrity or user experience

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PinSumo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
